2026 Halloween Parade

Parade Registration and Lineup Instructions

Parade registration will take place on the day of the parade. Please arrive between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Before entering the parade lineup on New School Lane, your float, vehicles, and group must be fully assembled and “parade ready.” Staging areas will be available in the high school parking lot for final preparations and touch-ups.

Once your entire group is ready, proceed together down New School Lane. A staff member will meet you in the lineup to register your float and collect the necessary information.

Please keep the following in mind:

• There will be two lineup lanes—one for entries with music and one for entries without music.
• Your float and all accompanying vehicles must enter the lineup together.
• Once your group is in line, late-arriving vehicles will not be able to enter the lineup and join you.
• Registration cannot be completed until your entire entry is parade ready.
• Placement will generally be determined on a first-come, first-served basis. However, Borough staff may arrange entries with and without music to create the best possible experience for parade spectators.

Special Group Staging Areas

The Cougars, Corvettes, Jeeps, and Rivers Trucks will have designated staging areas in the same locations used in previous years. Please refer to the Parade Registration Map for these designated areas.

These groups must be staged and ready to go by 6:00 p.m. Borough staff will collect your registration information at your designated staging area.

Please refer to the Parade Registration Map for the designated entrance to the high school parking lot, staging areas for entries with and without music, special group staging areas, and the final registration and lineup area. Once registered, your group should remain in line and be ready to move when the parade begins.
